1. All participants must bring their respective identification (national ID card or foreign resident card), as applicable.
2. Failure to attend or arriving late according to the established schedule does not justify a refund, nor can it be exchanged or rescheduled for another trip.
3. Passengers showing signs of intoxication will not be allowed to board the bus.
4. The waiting time at the departure point is 20 minutes.
5. Seats on the bus are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. During the trip, the initial seating arrangements must be respected.
6. Individuals who disobey the guides, monitors, and staff will be held responsible for their actions.
7. We are subject to external conditions, and the itinerary may vary depending on weather, road maintenance, access routes, road closures, strikes, traffic, government decisions, or similar circumstances. If this happens, the guide will coordinate with all participants regarding the available options, and the tour will continue.
8. If one member of a group or family does not attend, the group will be responsible for the operating costs and must pay the remaining balance before boarding.
9. Children 5 years and older pay for their ticket and must travel with their parents or guardians.
10. Each person is responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
11. Passengers with fever, flu-like symptoms, or COVID-19 will not be allowed to board the vehicle.
12. Photos taken during the tour may be used by the company for advertising purposes. 13. The travel and tourism agency protects the client’s personal data in accordance with Law No. 29733 and its regulations, DS-003-2013-JUS.
14. Each passenger is fully responsible for reading the information provided in the tour itinerary. If this does not occur, the company is not responsible for the passenger’s lack of information (cost, entrance fees, tourist taxes, accommodation—if applicable—, time and place of boarding).
15. The passenger accepts the terms and conditions upon making a partial or full reservation for the tour, including all the above.
16. For high-altitude routes, please inform us of any dietary restrictions, health conditions (heart problems, blood pressure issues, respiratory problems), and/or other special requirements.
