Our policy applies to all staff, guides, partners, suppliers, and travelers who participate in our tours, trekking programs, and climbing expeditions.

Avoid situations that place minors at risk
Follow ethical photography guidelines (no photos of minors without consent)
Do not allow minors to enter or accompany tours under unsafe conditions
Transport companies, hotels, porters, cooks, and local operators must adhere to:

Local and international laws regarding ESNNA
Zero involvement with any organization linked to child exploitation
The following actions are strictly forbidden for staff, travelers, and third parties:
Requesting or engaging in sexual activities with minors
Producing or distributing sexual content involving minors
Using company facilities, vehicles, or tours for illicit purposes
Offering gifts, money, or favors to minors in exchange for sexual conduct
Encouraging children to work in conditions that violate their rights
Violation of this policy results in immediate termination of contracts and legal action.
Cruz Travel has established a confidential and effective reporting system.
If staff members detect or suspect any case of sexual exploitation:
Report immediately to management
Collect information responsibly (without exposing the minor)
Notify relevant authorities
Document the incident following internal procedures
Depending on the situation, we notify:

DEMUNA (Child Protection Office)
Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables
Local tourism authorities
Travelers who witness suspicious behavior may report it through:
