Itinirary

Full Day: Huaraz - Puente Santa Cruz - Wilcacocha Lagoon - Return to Huaraz

The Laguna Wilcacocha tour begins with a short drive from Huaraz to the village of Santa Cruz, followed by a gradual uphill hike along well-marked trails with constant views of the Cordillera Blanca. After approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of hiking, you will reach Laguna Wilcacocha, where you can enjoy free time to relax, take photos, and admire the panoramic mountain scenery. After a break at the lake, you will return along the same route and head back to Huaraz, arriving in the early afternoon or later in the day depending on the tour option.
