Itinirary

Full Day: Huaraz – Punta Olímpica – Nevado Mateo – Huaraz

Early pickup in Huaraz and drive to the Punta Olímpica tunnel/trailhead. Hike to the glacier approach, put on crampons and rope up, then make an early summit push to Nevado Mateo (≈5,150 m). Descend to the trailhead and return to Huaraz in the afternoon.
End of the climb.
